it would really depend on a lot of things. the place you're putting it would be a big factor. the area and how busy that area is would factor into it. like for example it would be more expensive rent per month to be in a busy mall than in a small shopping center. bigger cities are more expensive than smaller cities. also, it would depend on how big the space is. the rent would be more for a larger space, and you'd have to buy more supplies to fill it and get more employees. supplies also vary greatly. especially pedicure spas. we have really nice ones at my work that have massage chairs on the back and light up, i know those cost a few thousand apiece.
you should look into getting a business license and a small business loan. do some online research for the furniture and supplies through google. you can even get brochures at places like sally's or whatever other beauty supply stores you have locally.
