First you get license or certification in cosmetology. Check your area for vocational schools or such. Usually they have those kind of classes. Even some business management classes might help you avoid common mistakes with businesses. But that's not necessary.
Then you get start up money from a bank, work hard, get a few employees, and advertise.
Its not easy to start up any business. But with hard work and dedication, it can be done.
