Nail salon for sale but need to sell it quickly?

Does anyone know a company that buys any nail salons or how about where you can post an ad for it?Nail salon for sale but need to sell it quickly?
You could post an ad in your local paper, as well as a big city paper that is near your salon. Craig's list under business opportunities would be a good place to post this ad. If you are unable to sell the business as a whole (or get any strong leads) after a month you could think about selling the furniture/supplies by having a large open house/sale and advertise in the same newspapers, you might be surprised regular Joe's will show up to buy some of those supplies such as towels, nail polish, shampoo, pedicure baths etc. People who own business (that are not nail businesses) will show up to buy things like the cash register, counters, etc. Then sell the building as just a commercial building (that is if you own it, if you rent it, then just move out when your lease is up). Competing salons may be interested in things like the chairs, sinks and dryers.

But I would definately try and sell it as a whole to start with, then liquidate if you cannot sell it all off.

Where are you located anyway?

ADDED: I just thought of this, I have seen businesses like video stores, or coffee shops on eBay for sale..don't know if this is something you want to pursue because it could be costly to do it that way...
