Do you know a city (at least 20k population) that needs a nail salon?

I am a mother of one with one on its way. With my family's future in mind, I would like to start a nail salon business, then reinvest into other areas. I am looking into opening in a city that doesn't have much nails in comparison to its population. Any idea of cities and/or states (especially around Texas but any place is fine)?Do you know a city (at least 20k population) that needs a nail salon?

Try visit to Jakarta and Surabaya - Indonesia, Jakarta's population is around 20k and Surabaya's around 13k. Both of these city grow rapidly.
frederick maryland, its an upcoming and growing city. there isnt much other than a few nail places at malls and such, we could use a good one.
Hmmm...... My sim towns? Pleasantview could need one. Strangetown would definitely need one and Downtown would love to have one. Nah. I'm just too sims-obsessed!
